Scott and I stayed in Medford Thursday night and headed to the property Friday morning (May 1, 2026). Started unpacking, setting things up, opening up, and preparing for the coming summer months. Got the UTV hooked up (started rigth off), hooked up camper, and Matt came early afternoon to unwinterize. We took a ride exploring the new trails, removing fallen trees, and checking/hanging trail cameras. Saturday, Molly and Quinn joined us. We all ended up spending the night at the property Saturday night. Found a No Trespassing sign on the Southren property line in the Back 40 (Probably hang by Chuck 30+ years ago). Several animals seen over the weekend: Birds, Rabbit, Deer, Turkey, and more.
