One goal that we have had was to develop and cut a trail system at Crabby Acres. It was challenging to get around the property in some areas. Having a trail system would allow for easier access around the property, walking, hiking, UTVs/ATVs and opens up trails for the wildlife. The wildlife is just like humans, they will usually use the path of least resistance. Having a few clearings and clearing/cleaning aorund the ponds would be great . Scott and I started and made a trail from the yard, through the pine trees, to the ponds. This was great, we got to see the ponds. 

This project (developing trails and clearings) was to big and would take us years. Scott and I met with Terry from TP Land Services in March 2025. We had contacted him in 2024, however 2024’s weather did not allow for several projects to take place, but they did happen in 2025. We provided Terry a map with our ideas, let him know what our goals were, and let him do his thing as the professional. This is what we have done with Brian several times. Provide basic information what we hope to have, our thoughts/ideas, and let them go. With Brian it also comes out bigger and better than what we planed. Brian understands what we are trying to do with the property. Terry is no different. Terry came and worked on the property for a day and a half in mid-August. We are so happy with his work and what he did at Crabby Acres. He developed trails and made a few clearings.  Since having the trails we have enjoyed exploring the whole property, purchased a UTV and can access areas of the property we would not have been able to prior to Terry making trails and clearings. The wildlife is loving the trails and clearings also. We would recommend Terry from TP Land Services if you are looking to have trails, clearings, or any type of lanscape work done at your property.
