Janet, mom, and I made a day trip to view Crabby Acres in the winter after receiving a large amount of snow. It was hard getting very far. Got a little into the yard and were able to get to the old cabin to check it out. Beautiful with the snow. A little deceiving as the snow covered the trash. The previous tenant’s camper is still parked on the property. Contacted the appropriate individuals, completed the appropriate processes, and technically (legally) at this time the camper has been abandoned. Arrangements are being made for the camper to be removed for the property.
