Went to Gilman with the goal to visit the Gilman Cheese Factory and buy cheese. We found the Gilman Cheese Factory. However, there was no enterence or retail store. We stopped at the Corner Store and were informed that the Gilman Cheese Factory does not have or sell their cheese locally. Can’t buy Gilman Cheese at the factory, any local store, the only option is to order online. We found this very strange. Could the Gilman Cheese Factory be a cover up??? Our second stop was at the park where we walked across the Gilman Swinging Bridge.
