Went to Gilman with the goal to visit the Gilman Cheese Factory and buy cheese. We found the the Gilman Cheese Factory. However, there was no enterence or retail store. We stopped at the Corner Store and found out that the Gilman Cheese Factory does not have or sell their cheese locally. Can’t buy Gilman Cheese at the factory, any local store, have to order it online. This is very strange. Could the Gilman Cheese Factory be a cover up???
We also stopped at the park and walked across the Gilman Swinging Bridge.
