Met with Attorney Brian Glynn today to complete the transfer of the property. Paperwork legally completed, prepared, and we signed the paperwork making the transfer of property legal/offical. This starts a new chapter for the property (Crabby Acres). First steps, tasks, and projects will be cleaning (removing garbage, removing previous tenant’s camper, etc.) getting an accurate look at the property and making goals and establishing projects as we move forward to restore, maintain, and improve Crabby Acres.
