Bluebirds
Several pair of Bluebirds around Crabby Acres. They were flying around and landing in different spots most of the afternoon. We are planning to add Bluebird boxes (houses) and add them to Crabby Acres.
Storms in the Area
Storm warnings all around the area according to the radio including severe thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings. We didn't get much of anything except increased wind and a little rain.
Planting Lilacs
Janet got a couple Lilacs to add to Crabby Acres. Hopefully they will take to the environment, grow, and add more color to Crabby Acres.

Heading Up North
On my way way from RAMC the road buckled in front of me, actually saw it happen. A little later we were heading up North and the crew was there fixing the road.
Train Crossing in Merrillan
On the way home there were two trains. We met up with both of them in Merrillan. One had to stop and wait for the other. Once the first train passed, the scond was able to continue. Once both trains past we were able to continue our trip home.
Upgrading Mineral Block
After dad cut the roots off the pine trees, he used a log from the pine tree to make a mineral block holder. The holder raises the mineral block a little off the ground.
Cutting Pine Tree Roots
A group of pine trees fell earlier this spring. The roots were attached and were at least 7 feet tall. There were four pine trees in the group. Dad cut the four pine trees, releasing the roots.
