About Crabby Acres
Chuck and Janet purchased this property back on October 12th, 1988. They enjoyed 25+ years at the property where they would fish, stay at the cabin, enjoy wildlife, explore the surounding area (campgrounds, towns, cities, etc.), and had family and friends join them at the property.
On November 9th, 2022 Janet and I met with the attorney who had all the paperwork/documents drawn up, ready to sign, and complete the transfer of property. This was the beginning of a new chapter for the property. With the transition of ownership the property was named “Crabby Acres”. For those who know, it makes since, and actually fits the property. The property is unique. It has several different environments pine trees, hardwood, ponds, marsh/swamp area, higher ground, etc. The property is located in Taylor County, Township of Cleveland, and has a Gilman address. It is a total of 80 acres. The front 40 acreas has a private 40 acre parcell to the West, a 60 acre corn/hay field to the East, and the back 40 acres is surrounded by the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
